Advice on skin care for aging

Scientists are trying to help us learn what is the best skin care for aging. Interestingly, most of which has more to do with good nutrition than you think.

The skin is one of the few organs of the body that continually regenerates throughout a person's life. Each night, the body rebuilds and repairs the damage done during the day. But to build something, you need your computer.

You need blocks and cement to build a foundation for a house. The body needs protein to build the foundations of the skin. Other nutrients are needed, including essential fatty acids and antioxidants like vitamin C. But without adequate protein intake, no repair work can be done.

How much protein do you need? Must be at least half a gram of protein per day per kilogram of body weight. In other words, if you weigh 140 pounds, you need 70 grams of protein.

But what is the best treatment for aging when it comes to topical creams to apply? Protein is the winner once again. However, the collagen and elastin, proteins are not appropriate.

Collagen and elastin are the elastic fibers of the skin. They are located in the dermis layer of four to five levels below the skin surface. Neither the molecules of collagen, elastin are small enough to penetrate the skin cells that make skin tight.

The protein on the right is called keratin, which represents about 90% of epidermal cells. One function is to absorb moisture and "fat into cells.

A study on keratin provides an answer to: what is the best treatment for aging. The volunteers who used a cream that contains information of only 18 days showed a 40% improvement in firmness. Much of the inflammation.

Of course, you need to buy carefully. Keratin is often distorted in the process. When this happens, skin cells can not use it. It loses its "functionality".

Essential fatty acids are the major component of sebum from the skin, natural moisturizer. Some of the best creams on the market contain grape seed oil, which is very similar in composition of human sebum. Shea butter is almost identical.

We will respond to another question. What is the best treatment for the aging of use at night?

It's a good question, because I really want something that supports the work of reparation. Keratin proteins are necessary, of course. But if you want the best, look for a night cream that combines keratin with shea butter and avocado extract, with some active Manuka honey while a good measure.

Shea butter has a high nutritional value, since it has been used as food in some countries. Avocado extract contains many nutrients, too, like honey. Everyone has been to remove age spots or to improve flexibility and stimulate collagen production.
